I was in the midst of enjoying my precious holidays when I was requested (at the eleventh hour) to interview my fellow writers for R.AGE @ Campus, for a special feature in that section.

R.AGE…it’s a college pullout of The Star newspaper, available as selected institutions in Penang, KL, Selangor, and Malacca. And my University was featured in the 5-page @campus section on the 30 th November 2007.

The following article is a kind of post-mortem of the authors’ experience of writing for R.AGE @ Campus, a way to promote it too… *wink*

When the recent SPM & STPM results were announced, I started reminiscing about the time I myself was a school-girl. ‘Medicine’ is a very hot-course, but do the young ones know what they are getting themselves into when embarking on this journey in ‘MedWorld’?

Now that I had passed through the undergraduate years, and finally having ‘arrived’ (as some would say), writing this article was a good chance to re-evaluate my own motivation for becoming a Dr.
